Allergic???

How do I know if my baby is allergic to my milk? As crazy as this sounds to me😫🤷‍♀️

They might be fussy, crying inconsolably, wriggling or gassy. They may prefer to be upright rather than flat on back, they might develop a red skin rash.....if you think they are, it's usually dairy, so try cutting that out of your diet and see if baby improves.

Your little one could be allergic to something in your diet. My daughter was pooping blood and mucous. I cut out dairy and within a week we saw a huge difference. She started sleeping longer when I cut out dairy as well.

Baby can’t be allergic to your milk. She/he can be allergic to something you are eating though. Look at the usual suspects first. Nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs etc
