My mom and I have been babysitting this kid for about 3 days now & we had an instant connection from the very first day. As soon as he saw me he wanted me carry him & if I tried giving him away, he would throw his arms back at me. If I walked out the room, he’d run following me. If I left for work, he’d stand by the door crying. My mom even thought I was pregnant because he gets so excited to see me and only wants to be with me then.

He’s the step son of a woman that goes to our church. Her husband cheated on her with another woman. That other woman was a drug addict who had 4 children taken away from her previously. She abandoned him in some apartments as a newborn & the cops were called by suspecting neighbors. CPS was going to put Samuel up for adoption but the church woman took him in instead. He is currently 1 year old
