So I recently transferred to a new position within the same company. The only reason I transferred is because I need full time hours and benefits.

However, my new job is absolutely horrible: I got yelled at so many times by everyone for not knowing where anything is (mind you this was on my second day and I have never worked in this particular building before), I’ve been warned by my coworkers about almost every other coworker that works there, there is absolutely no organization, the work environment is extremely hostile, and I have been going home with migraines since I started.

My previous manager says that they all want me to come back so bad and I really want to go back.. how do I go about telling my manager that I would like to be transferred back to my old position? It’s a shame because my new manager is really great, but the issues in facing are ones that have been there LONG before I started.
