Ttc after Nexplanon

A few days after my Nexplanon birth control implant removal, I had sex with my boyfriend and he did cum inside of me. What are the possibilities. The next day I’m sore and I feel sick. I know it’s too soon but has anybody got pregnant after the implant removal without a period?
