Low PAPP-A and increased downs syndrome

Hi,

I had my 13 week double marker and NT scan.The possibility in double marker is 1/569 and possibility after NT is 1/5637.Doc told that risk is high and suggesred NIPT.I had low PAPP-A as 3.7 MoM. Very worried ..csn anyone share any other details you have.
