Okay I have two kids all ready I couldn't breastfeed my first do to drying up and my second I bearly  could also I feel like I don't make enough and I due Jan 1 with my 3 anyone have tips on what could help with my milk supply?

With my second I went back to work @ 12 weeks postpartum. I started with an abundant milk supply. Around that time my baby hit a growth spurt and as a nurse it's so difficult to find the time to pee much less pump. Needless to say, it affected my supply. I talked with my baby's pediatrician and my doctor and took fenugreek, it's a supplement. It did help. My doctor also prescribed a med, Reglan, that is not intended to increase milk supply, but they discovered that it indeed does. It helped more than the fenugreek, but it made me so sleepy that I almost couldn't function at work and I only took it once a day, could have taken it up to 4 times a day. Drowsiness isn't normally a side effect, but it was awful for me. So I really couldn't go that route. But talk to your doctor, pediatrician, and your local La Leche League. I'm sure you'll be able to find solutions if you want to try breastfeeding again and LaLeche League can be such an assets with the tips and emotional support! Good luck!!
