When should I see a midwife? And what do they do at your first appointment? My syptoms are tiredness, vomiting when I wake up, head aches but dont feel like a normal headache 🤔, and weakness.
And also how do you come over the fear of needles?? I have anxiety so I overthink things through which make it ten times worse x
