Roasted turkey?

Question

So I know no lunch meat is allowed but what about regular like roast turkey? I had a roast turkey sandwich from Panera and now I’m kind of worried.

Unless you're buying your lunch meat off the back of a truck on the side of the road, it's safe. The chances of getting listeria from your vegetables is far higher. Those rules are seriously outdated.

It’s probably fine mama. I eat all kinds of cold meats all the time. There are 1001 things pregnant ladies are supposed to look for but we also have to live life for 9 months and beyond

You can eat lunch meat it just needs to be piping HOT.. I eat them all the time, I heat it up first.  My Dr told me to do this.

Lunch meat is fine as long as it's not uncured. Don't let all of that worry you dear. The biggest thing you gotta worry about when it comes to lunch stuff is unpasteurized 🧀
