When to test blood

Does anyone have a guideline or schedule of when to test your blood sugar and maybe what the numbers should look like?  Thanks

It’s different for everybody you should receive instructions from your doctor

When you wake up- less than 95
Less than 140 1 hr after eating 
That’s what my doctor wants

It's different for everyone so ask your doctor but for an example I test four times a day. My fasting number needs to be under 90, and then two hours after breakfast, lunch, and dinner needs to be under 120.
