I got prescribed phentermine 30mg capsules yesterday. Took my 1st dose today. I have t2 diabetes and controlled hypertension. I weighed 299 today. I tried a whole host of different healthy eating habits but I always end up binging and giving up. I need something to control my appetite because restriction constant hunger make me cave. I'm hoping the 3 months I'm on this will give me the willpower to continue and the shrunken stomach to not need the food. I've been on different health kicks my whole life. I'm hoping this helps. I have no side effects so far. Somewhat hungry rn but didnt eat much today just 2 eggs and bacon for breakfast. Anyone have experienc with this? My insurance has a huge deductible but got the med with a goodrx coupon at my pharmacy so I can handle 17 bucks a month. Its the cheapest appetite suppressant with goodrx and that app has been my saving grace.
