Got my copper coil last week, it was a breeze, no pain, no problems, nothing.

Woke up today with cramps so bad, throughout the days it's been on/off, but when it would come it would make me feel so sick.

Now ive had one lasting 5 mins, still going as a write, i feel so sick like im going to throw up and shit myself all in one and after collapse, im so lightheaded and cant get comfy at all.

Im not on my period and i just came off it a day after i got my coil inserted.

Is this normal, for it to just come out the blue like this? I can still feel the strings so i dont think the coil has moved.

Is this what im supposed to expect for the next 6 months as i adjust?

What can i do to help this pain?
