So my husband and I have reached the one year mark of TTC. We are both in our early 20s and very healthy. I have very regular 27 day cycles and have been using OPKs since month one. After one year of trying, we were so defeated and worried something was wrong. I had my bloodwork done, HSG and his sperm were tested—all normal. No answers for us. My OBGYN suggested that next we try taking Clomid which she described as helping us “super ovulate”.

Has anyone had success with Clomid and unexplained fertility?
