I’ve just taken the misoprostol pills. Pain recommendations?

I took the pills now, had them in my mouth for 30 minutes and I’m just eating some soup now. The cramps started about 10 minutes ago and they’re not great at all but I know the worst is yet to come. Would really like some recommendations for the serious cramps.

I took it today too. I had the worst pain of my life and my parents had to call the paramedics. Idk why no one warns people about how fking bad it can be, and that was even after 2 tramadol (a narcotic). Was on the floor screaming and shaking
