Has anyone had SPD? For the last few days every time I walk im in so much pain or even if I move in bed to change position. I can’t stand for longer than a few minutes without pain! It’s in my lower abdomen right underneath my bump I feel a lot of pressure as if I have a full bladder or something when I don’t? I’m also having extreme lower back pain! I googled it and SPD came up but not sure if it is that as I’m not sure if the pain is too high to be that? Any one got any input?
