Do you take hot baths during pregnancy?

Hot baths are the only thing that relieve my back pain and stomach issues temporarily but I just freaked myself out because it was hotter than usual 😩 should I be concerned? I’m 6+1

Nothing over 100 degrees.  You don’t want to cook the baby

You shouldn’t take hot baths while pregnant at any gestation. Use a heating pad instead. I have major back issues and a heating pad works just as well.

If I had a tub where my belly,boobs and thighs would have been covered I would have!!! Lol

You can, just keep it at 98 degrees. Nothing over.

Apparently they're not great to do all the time, but just once, I would say you're fine. I've had a few where they're actually a lot hotter than I originally thought and I'm now 19 weeks. Hot tubs and steam rooms are the definite no no though.
