Did I conceive this month or is it my period coming ?

I’ve been having those twinges by my ovaries & my my uterus for 3 days now and I’ve been have lower back aches I’m 9 dpo and my period starts in 4 days every month I’ll have pms a week period I start and this month I’ve had nothing but I also think I don’t conceive bc I don’t have any symptoms at all . What does thoes twinges mean ?
