When did you introduce whole milk to baby?

Yes I know breastmilk/formula is needed until one. I’m just curious when people slowly introduced it into the child’s diet? Like maybe with meals and such. My husband is lactose intolerant so my pediatrician said to slowly mix with breastmilk around 11 months. When did you?

My son has eaten yogurt, cottage cheese, or ricotta pretty much daily since about 7 months. He had his first cup of cow’s milk a week before his first birthday. I gave him 1oz and didn’t mix it with anything. He drank the whole thing right away and didn’t have any sensitivity issues later.

My daughter won't drink milk. She'll eat cheese, yogurt and other things with dairy. Just not straight milk. She's still breastfeeding though.

Starting at 11 months and a week I did 
1/4 milk and 3/4 formula for one week then 1/2 and 1/2 for a week then 
3/4 milk and 1/4 formula for a week and then all milk the next week and my daughter did fabulous!

We started homo milk around 11 months if I wasn’t there. It was always breastmilk. Then when my son weaned at 14 months it was only homo milk.

We introduced almond milk (we already knew daughter has a milk protein allergy) at 11 months as a drink. Small amounts in her sippy cup with meals. She was breastfed.

We started at like 10 months here and there but we do 2% my doctor said that’s fine too.

We started things like cheese and yogurt at 6 months with everything else. 
We started mixing milk into formula at 11 months. He was drinking 8oz bottles, so we started with 6oz formula, 2oz milk. After a few days it would be 4oz formula and 4oz milk, etc until it was all milk.
