Everytime I change my 5 month old there’s poop in every diaper. I change it pretty frequently. Before every feeding (every 3 hours) and sometimes when it feels puffy. It’s not a large amount of poop but this is like a new thing. It just started last week. Is this normal to be going so much? Used to be once a day or once every other day. Also this is a formula fed child idk if that makes a difference
