Has anyone ever gotten pregnant with a polyp on their cervix?

Please help! Wondering if it could still happen before it’s removed!

When I was getting my HSG a month ago - they said they saw a polyp on my cervix. I’ve been trying three years - not sure how long I’ve had the polyp. I have my follow up with specialist in 2 weeks so I’ll find out if I need to get it removed or what the next step will be
