I’ve had discharge clear sticky for about 1 week but I’ve had cramps for 1.5 days.

Answer

It’s normal to have clear discharge, however if you notice it’s a light brown/ light pink in it, that means your period will arrive later that day or the next. I usually cramp a few days before I start also, as well as other symptoms
