I have had the liletta iud for 6 months now. I haven’t had a period month 3-5. I got a period last week. It’s been a week since my last period and now I’m bleeding again today. Like. I bled a lot of brown blood. My underwear is half soaked and I’m wiping lighter red now. Is this normal? I’m so used to no period that I’m not sure anymore. All sex is protected also with condoms that are checked after, and I had an ultrasound a month ago that cleared proper iud placement with cysts. I did have what felt like a cyst burst a few days ago. Could you bleed after that with a cyst burst? Please help. I’m worried. Could this be an indicator or pregnancy even though everything was in place. I’m nervous.
