Evening Primrose Oil tablets?

Anyone using this to help prepare the cervix for labor? Are you inserting or taking orally?

It takes several weeks to work (if it’s going to). But yes. Started orally and internally at 36 weeks.

I did the other day. It was my last minute pick up at 37 weeks to help ripen my cervix. Along with everything else I'm doing. Idk if it made me sick the first night or I just wasn't feeling good but it's been smooth sailing since.

Both. Started orally at 35, vaginally at 36. Hasn’t done a thing for me so far. I’m 38+4

I just started inserting it last night. I don’t get my cervix checked until my 39 week appointment which is this friday
