Okay, so background - PCOS diagnosed roughly 8 years ago officially, prior to that always super heavy AF 5-8 days, cramps that would keep me home and in bed the first couple days, etc. Went on the pill for the past 7 years and stopped that in October. Now I’m finding that I get super light spotting every month for 24-48 hours. Not even enough for a liner. But I get minor cramps, face breaks out, and the tiniest bit of spotting. So I’m guessing this is AF based on it being pretty regular. Question is whether anyone else has been through this? Definitely not complaining - just worried that maybe something else is happening... don’t have health insurance at the moment but doesn’t seem overly worrisome right now anyway.. just looking for thoughts/opinions/experiences.
