Did your induction go smoothly?

I’ve heard a lot of negatives about getting induced so I’d like to hear your stories!

I was induced. I looked back at the hell of labor and asked myself if that is ever smooth 😂 but I guess I had no problems with it. It was all just a blur of pain though

I was induced with my first because my sake ruptured (water didn't break yet) it went smooth but I've been told the process takes longer when being induced I have no idea about that though.

Was induced with my daughter due to IUGR. She wasn't tolerating contractions well after 14hrs, so she ended up being an emergency C-section. Perfectly healthy 2½yr old now

I think it would of been smooth if 1. If I  didnt have to  go in at 9pm ( i would ask for an earlier induction if I was you)...2. If I didnt have like 4 different nurses checking my cervix so I could actually rest (even my mom having 6 kids thought that was wierd and thought they irritated it causing me to dialate much, so if I was you I would make sure they don't check you every 15 mins😑) 3. If I didnt have an annoying nurse who thought she was just the funniest person in the world (sorry I'm not in the mood to laugh at lame jokes when I'm exhausted and having contractions 🙃 )

I guess it went smoothly. But the pain was 1000 times worse!

Definitely helped things go faster but it also super kick started contractions and made everything hurt like hell much quicker
