Premama and AF

Has anyone done Premama here? I'm doing the fertility supplements currently. I've been on it over a week and I think AF is supposed to start soon but have no clue since I have PCOS and just started tracking. Thought I heard the fertility supplements help start AF. Any clues?? Naturally I go to FL in 4 days....
