Anyone have any luck conceiving after using pre-seed?

I conceived with Preseed this cycle but I believe it’s going to be a chemical pregnancy... my friend conceived with it on the first try as well though and she has a beautiful 1 yr old boy!

It's just lube that doesnt kill sperm. It doesnt do anything special.

My DH and I TTC for months. 1st time we used preseed it worked. Now I'm currently 18 Weeks along.
