One night stand ???

I hooked up with a coworker last night after getting pretty drunk. He initiated it and I enjoyed it. He was by my side the whole night and cuddled later. When I was getting ready to leave I noticed he pissed his pants and I asked him what happened (still a lil tipsy) and he was like “wtf”. Idk if that embarrassed him and that’s why he doesn’t want to contact me ? I’m honestly not that experienced in one night stands so idk what ppl really do. He never texted me the day after and I didn’t either. I regret not texting him asking him if he got to where he needed to be okay, and idk if I should do it 2 days later? I see him often at work but not every day...so I’m not sure if that’s why he hasn’t contacted me? I need advice please!!!
