Have anyone ever experience something like this?
Yesterday, I went out shopping with my man and got a couple of baby items. After that, we came back home, I started noticing I started to have a sharp pain in my neck when I bent my head down or turned my head around to the left/the right out of nowhere! I didn’t even do anything that got myself injured. I just walked around a lot all day yesterday, that’s it. Is it a normal thing from the pregnancy? Should I be worried? Thanks.
