Contractions 10 minutes apart?

I’ve been having super painful contractions since 2 am. They’re about 10 minutes apart but they’re not progressing any closer together. I’m seriously dying in pain when they come on but I’m afraid to go in because I know they’ll send me home if they’re not close enough together. What should I do?? 😩

Unfortunately you will have to wait. I know it sucks bc of the pain but hang in there, it’ll all be worth it!! Try bouncing or walking, maybe do that “baby Momma” dance lol. Best of luck and I hope you progress!!

Saaame. I’m dilated to a 3 with contractions about 8 minutes apart and i can’t go in 😭 it hurts so much

Paracetamol and a bath until you think you’re dying (sorry but that’s how it feels) then head on in 👍👍

Have a bath it helped me, I was 5 mins apart for a good 12 hours but they did get stronger. If it’s your first it will take a little longer & slow. Good luck xx
