Make~up Begginer👝💄and Wich Hair color😣

I am 17 and I am turning 18 (30th June)I want to start doing my own make up.Any tips for begginer and a must haves product list as a begginer?I will post a picture so you can see my skin complection,my faceshape for better advice.Advice like wich color would look better and eyelooks ...all are welcome😋Plus..I have been thinking for a while about getting a new hair color..any recommendations?😣And yes I do wear glasses but also thinking about switching to contact lenses...👀👓
