Best bra for sore breasts?

I’m wearing a thin sports bra all the time (and I HATE bras) because I just learned I’m pregnant and the boob soreness is out of freaking control! Im almost in tears when they accidentally get touched. Nipple pain beyond belief too. I need some brands or a way to search for good maternity bras for sore boobs/ nipples. I can’t live like this 😫😭

I had 2 get little pads u heat up for mine u can use them 2 help with breastfeeding 2.i used 2 cry with sore nipples esp when they were cold

I’ve been wearing the cheap nursing bras from target it’s just fabric and no underwire. It’s really helped. I can’t even look at an underwire bra anymore

Cake maternity has a bra called sugar candy, worth every penny. I also liked Cleo Lyzy bra.
