What are the chances of getting pregnant one day after ovulation?

I am wondering if it's possible to get pregnant after one day after ovulation? Because I feel differently. I feel nauseated, constipated, and I have had much more of an acquired appetite. I have had one pregnancy but i felt differently from my first pregnancy. How do i know if I am pregnant?

What would happen if I have the IUD for birth control? Should I take a test asap or wait ? I have never been on any birth control like the IUD but after i had my daughter i had to play it safer after our daughter was born. So yes or no should i take a test asap?
