Are they nits or head lice?

I’m not itchy at all it’s but I saw them when doing my hair

Edit- I’ve had my dad look but he’s just telling me I’m being a hypochondriac and he’s looking for stuff that isn’t there, I washed my hair and since I have curly hair I properly washed my scalp with shampoo multiple times then put a lot of conditioner on it and combed every bit of hair a lot
