Snacks! Whats in your bag?

What are you packing for snacks at the hospital? Heres what I have. Its mostly just for when Im in labor/when my hubby is hungry. My hospital has room service so we will usually always have food besides during labor. But we have to be at the hospital for 3 days so I figured better have some munchies!

Very similar! I got protein bars and regular granola bars, trail mix, mixed nuts, beef jerky, and crackers. Since we’ll have a mini fridge in our room I may also grab some fruit and yogurt too. I’m also bringing Gatorade because I know I will be so thirsty after labor and water won’t be enough! Haha

We were at the hospital for 3 days and I loved having traditional granola bars on hand. We found that between room service and our families, we never went without food haha! If I wanted anything special I just sent my husband to grab it quickly.

Lucozade, KitKats, Doritos... I'm not sure what else. I just told my partner to go crazy.

We have similar stuff! My mommy friend also recommended capri-sun or other drinks with straws. They're easy to drink in any position during labor! And give you a sugar rush.

I also grabbed some Naked Juices so I could sip and get my sugars up quick for energy! Also filling for when your appetite is low.

Almonds, cashews, fig bars, applesauce pouches (easy to eat with one hand!). I'm also bringing some Gatorade because I'm always sooooo thirsty after giving birth.
