1yr + c section mommas

Hi, ive had four c sections 2008, 2011,2014,2017 and lately my c section area has been causing me so much pain. Anytime i bend up and down, clean, lift anything and even cough pain just shoots through that area. Ive always had a little pain here and there but this is getting worse and worse. Most times its on my left side but right now its the whole scar line area... anyone go through this? Is this a thing I should be seen for or just normal sorness. Thanks
