I passed this today and it’s got me freaked out. I’m on birth control, but don’t use condoms.

I’ve had the same once after coming off birth control pill for like 8 years. And everyone on here had me all freaked out saying passing stuff larger than a quarter you need to go to er. Well it  definitely made me cramp before passing and I was bleeding pretty heavy right after but I was totally fine after that I read that it was like a casting of the uterus. That doesn’t break down and passes whole. You are all good. No worries.
