Advice please

So me and my partner of recently had sex for the first time. It was great but his dick is just so big that penetration doesn’t really feel as great as I would like it to. We use lots of lube and go slow but I always end up bleeding a little after. I don’t know what to do other than just keep telling him I’m not in the mood when in reality I’m just really sore.
