Anyone else have TRI-SPRINTEC

I need some opinions. I have been having cramps since I started this week (week 1 of pack) and I've been on this pill and taken it every day on time for 4 almost 5 months. Why would I start cramping this time? I also have been exhausted and really hungry every 2 or 3 hours I don't think it's pregnancy but it's obvious it's something.
