How much do you BD?

I’ve heard conflicting things - some day you’re covered if you BD every other day and recommend this for sperm production and others say you should be having sex every day during your fertile week. What do you all think?

We did everyday during fertile window and got pregnant. But it comes down to sperm count. If the man has a high sperm count, everyday will give you your best shot. But if it’s low then every second day gives you a better chance. So totally depends on sperm count. If everyday didn’t work for us we would have switched to every second day, but I was to concerned if I missed a day we wouldn’t get pregnant lol

The one month we had sex every day during my fertile window, I got pregnant.. but miscarried. We’ve done every other day the past few cycles and nothing. So, this cycle we’ve done it everyday. Guess we’ll see

Everyday is fine, the only reason every other day might be better is if your partner has low sperm count.
