Don’t know what to do!

Okay so I recently got treated of Gonorrhea, did everything the doctor said and got retest and I was clear.

Fast forward maybe a week or two, my period came on and I think my pad rubbing against me started an irritation. I thought maybe there could be a yeast infection and it fixed it. But then a day later the irritation is back on the outside of my vagina.

I’ve ruled out Gonorrhea and yeast infection...so is this just irritation, and if it is how can I fix this?! Please help!
