How do you wear your tampons?

I always have a pantyliner on as well  because I’m just so scared I might leak. Do y’all get anxious about that stuff??

You need to get to know your flow then decide. Some people leak, some don’t. Some people bleed a lot, some don’t. I had to make sure I wore the tampons with wings at the tip - normals ones made me leak.

Before I got on birth control I would sleep with a super tampon and a pad because my periods were very heavy. Now that I’ve been on birth control I can use a regular tampon without anything else bc my period has lightened significantly

I wear with a pantyliner just in case, the only time I don’t wear one is when I’m swimming 🏊🏼‍♀️ cause that just nasty 🤮
