What kind of bites are these??

Got back from the beach today and have never seen these types of marks before. Looks like a bug was walking on my legs and bit/stung multiple times. There’s a tiny red dot in the middle. They’re not itchy or painful. Super weird! Anyone ever seen this and know what type of insect causes it??

Sand fleas possibly.. if it starts to itch use calamine lotion

Those are certainly sand fleas! I was in Mexico (Cabo) and got bit like crazy. Looked exactly like yours! I doused my legs in hydrocortisone cream and it helped tremendously! That’s what was recommended to me! At first I didn’t even notice them until I got home because they weren’t itchy at all! I had them all the way up my thighs and specifically the back of both legs! I would stay away from the beach you went to. Good luck!

I second sand fleas! Had similar looking marks when i was at the beach in Costa Rica and they were from sand fleas.
