Hey everyone I need your help!

My sister just found out she’s pregnant almost a week ago this is her first, would she go to a doctor first and then an OB? Or what exactly? She doesn’t have a primary doctor as she hasn’t been to the doctors where she lives now. I’m just trying to help her out!
