Blood results are in! It’s a Healthy Girl!

We were fortunate enough to qualify for financial assistance for the Prequel (I think it is called) test which looks for Chromosomal abnormalities, and in doing so, notes if there is an XX or XY, all just by testing the momma’s blood. Amazed by modern technology. We reasoned if it wasn’t expensive we’d go ahead, since it poses no risks to baby and do it because it would allow as more time to read up on stuff if there was a problem and know the gender 7 weeks earlier. It took only 1 week from the bloodraw. I got the call when I was at Walmart with my 3 year old daughter and we were able to get a few things to surprise Daddy with when he gets home this afternoon. So excited my little girl gets a sister!
