Didnt know where to post this....

Hello! I've been ttc for 3 months. AF is very regular, always on time, always 3 days. I'm currently 3 full weeks late. I've tested 4 times on my own, 3 were BFN, 1 was faulty. I took a test at kaiser and they said it might be a positive so they had me take 2 more and still didnt want to say yes or no. They told me to come back in 2 weeks to retest. I've been so exhausted, nauseous, and had some cramping. I feel like i might be pregnant but idk if my mind is playing tricks on me because i think i am. I just dont want to get my hopes up if i end up not being pregnant. I have no stress in my life, im pretty easy going.

I have one son, didnt know or think i was pregnant until i was 9 weeks along. I had no symtoms.

So, what are the chances im not pregnant? Has anyone else dealt with this? How long before you got your BFP?

Also, my cervix felt high, soft-medium, and closed consistantly for the past 3 weeks. It felt like it tilted a couple of days ago too
