Progesterone packets
Has anyone tried progesterone packets? I read online it can regulate your cycle and help you ovulate. Right now I take clomid to ovulate and if in 2 weeks I don't start my af I have to take a test and if it is negative start progesterone tablets to make my af come. I didn't know if the packets would work for me. Has anyone tried them and if so did they work for you? I also have PCOS
