I’m dying to chow down on a pile of chocolate!! Or bread. Or CHOCOLATE AND BREAD. I already had chicken tenders and sweet potato fries for lunch, and my sugars were of course high. They weren’t not outrageous, 145 after an hr and 135 after 2. I’ve been really good with my diet up until now. But today idk i just want to go off the rails.
I already had my Yasso bar this evening and it’s jut not cutting it 😩
