How do you know if you ovulate?

I don’t understand temping? How do you know if you ovulate? I have a 30 day cycle and I’m starting to get irritated and tired of getting up to temp when it’s not showing anything

You have to take your temperature at the same time every morning, with little to no movement prior to, or your temperatures will be all over the place.

I would guess you ovulated right around CD 19. Are you following. All of the rules of temping? Your chart is a little more rocky than would be anticipated

You have a lot of missing temps but your looking for 3 higher temps and they need to be higher then the previous 6. Try opks with temping
