Need some advice

I had a d & c on May 17. I have had some spotting today and out of curiosity I took a pregnancy test tonight and got a BFP. Do you think this is from the previous pregnancy or could it be a new pregnancy?

I posted the test below.

Update:

I took another test this morning. I would think it would be darker and not the same if it was a new pregnancy since the first test was from last night.
