I’m really craving an egg and lunch meat sandwich, I’d cook the lunch meat before do you think it Would be ok? I’m 20 weeks

I’ve been eating deli sandwiches since first trimester without heating. I’m 28 weeks. If u ate it before pregnancy u can eat it now....

I eat lunch meat all the time 🤷🏼‍♀️ just cook it to 165 for poultry or 150 for ham/beef before you eat it. 😊
